Shipping

All products we sell come with free shipping however due to us currently not holding any stock within the UK, shipping times can sometimes take up to 9 working business days for some products. We are working on making this process quicker in the future so we apologise for the possible current waits. Order Refund policy

Order Delays: If an order lacks tracking information, is in transit, pending, or expired beyond 60 days from the original shipping date an offer of a refund or a resend of the product will be made at our expense. Exceptions apply to certain shipping methods and destinations.

Delivered Orders: We will not process refunds or replacements if tracking information indicates the order was delivered. In cases where the package wasn’t received, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is required for refund or replacement.

Damaged Products: A full refund or replacement is provided for items that arrive damaged. All refund or replacement requests for damaged products will need to be validated through photo or video evidence submitted to us for approval prior to a refund being issued.

Incorrect or Missing Products: A full refund or replacement will be provided for incorrect or missing items that were shipped. Order Cancellation: A full refund is available for orders cancelled before being processed and shipped by our warehouse.

Important Notes: Refunds and replacements will only be issued if we or our supplier is responsible for the issue. If neither is at fault, refunds or replacements will not be granted.

Cancel Order: A full refund is available for orders cancelled before being processed and shipped. Please double check your orders are correct at checkout as once an order has been placed an order cannot be cancelled once your items have begun processing and their journey to you.

Returns: We handle returns for you providing all the information you need to make the process as stress free as possible for you. Responsibility will be taken for any products that take too long to ship/ are damaged/ defective/ lost or stolen. In appropriate circumstances a refund/ exchange or replacement will be offered. Proof of damage or faulty product may be requested upon you requesting a return of an item. Once this information has been reviewed you will get a response to inform you on the result of your return request.
